I would always recommend getting insurance. I think its sensible, remember it doesn’t just cover the vet fees for illness also accidents, loss of the dog etc. Do some research, you want a life time policy. Some questions to ask, If the dog gets an illness this year will the policy still cover that illness next year? Does the policy cover congenital disorders? a lot don’t. What is the excess, some you can pay a little more and have no excess. Speak to a vet and see what he thinks.
no insurance is worth purchasing.
It is the biggest scam on earth.
Yes..
Insurance really isn’t worth it unless your dog has something wrong that requires surgery. If you’re getting insurance just for the yearly shots and such, look into the SPCA or something cuz they always have good deals…
My friend got insurance on her dog because her dog got sick and had some surgery done which is the ONLY reason why she’d say it’s worth it…
if your dog dose get hurt or is ill then you will have to pay ALOT of money usually, so it is better to get pet insurace just incase. Also some breeds have a history of disorders so it would be worth checking what they are for this particular breed. Also the disorder could show up later in the dogs life.
yes indeed it is you never know when you might need it do you insure a car or a house you might need it or not? i have got insurance on my labrador its the best investment that i have made my dog has allegies it has cost me thousands of dollors and dog insurances has helped with most of the vet bills so consider it as vet bills are very expensive i took one out 7 years ago and im still using for my dog the one i have is called petmed it covers the dog for life
