I recently was given a puppy that is 3 weeks old.I was told the mother quit feeding them and they just recently started eating soft foods.The puppy I got is still wanting to nurse and has no teeth yet.He does eat but not much and I cannot get him to drink yet.When I soften the food I add alot of water so the puppie gets fluids that way but I cannot get him to just drink water.What should I do?
