Hello! I have a Portuguese Water Dog, and she is about 7 years old. I’ve heard that the breed has a degenerative eye disease, causing blindness. Over the past few years, my dog’s eyesight has gotten worse and is nearly blind. Has anyone experienced this same problem with their own Portuguese Water Dog? Thanks in advance for the help! : )

Can a Portuguese Water Dog be left outside in the snow, in sub-32 degree Fahrenheit weather? If so, for how long? I know they were bred to spend time in the ocean, but I am wondering what temperatures feel good to them.
